Can minors come to Olivette?

Unfortunately our Liquor Licence prohibits minors even when accompanied by an adult, regardless of age or how cute they are.

Our friendly hosts may request ID of any persons upon entry to the venue.

How much time am i allocated when i book?

Reservation periods at Olivette are for 2 hours.

How do i extend my booking if i want to stay longer than the default 2 hours?

Prior to your booking:

Should you wish to extend your stay please let our team know by emailing anna@barolivette.com.au and our hosts will do their best to accommodate you based on availability.

When arriving at the venue:

Inform your host that you wish to stay longer, and they will where possible extend your stay with us.

How do i change my booking?

You can make changes via your confirmation booking link.

If any issues email anna@barolivette.com.au.

Attempts will be made to accomodate any changes

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 12 hours prior. For any no-shows,reductions in group numbers or late cancellations, you may be subject to a fee of $25 per person, that will be applied to the credit card on file.

What do i do if im running late?

Email anna@barolivette.com.au, or contact via instagram or messenger. Attempts will be made to accomodate any changes to bookings.

If not heard from within 15 min of your schedule seating, you may loose your booking and be subject to our cancellation policy.

What time are you licenced to?

We are licenced to 2am every day of the week

Is food available when your open?

Food is available whenever we are open. We have a late night menu for those looking for some midnight munchies.

Can I book the venue out for a function?

Yes, go to the Olivette Website Events page and fill in the inquiry form.

Can you BYO?

No, our Liquor Licence does not allow BYO.

But relax, our drinks are awesome.

Can you bring your own cake?

Although not preferred, you may bring your own cake.

Cakeage will be charged at $5 per person.

Does olivette have a dress code?

We are not the fashion police,however, please be aware we do require all our guests to observe a “smartcasual” dress code.

Shoes are mandatory.

Is your venue accessible friendly?

Yes, we have ramp access into the building, and an accessible friendly elevator.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Olivette takes every possible precaution when catering to dietary requirements however cannot guarantee the absence of egg, nut, soy, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish from anything produced in our kitchen. Please when possible, pop in the booking note of any requirements so our kitchen team are aware ahead of time.

On the day, ensure you mention any requirements when ordering food and drinks

Do you split bills?

When not busy, all efforts will be made to allow patrons to split bills.

During busy periods, maximum splits and restrictions on payment methods may be enforced to allow staff to spend their valuable time serving other customers.

Do you have a public holiday surcharge?

Yes, on public holidays we charge an additional 10% on all bills

Do you charge an eftpos surcharge?

Yes, on all Efpos transactions we charge an additional 1.7% of the bills

Ah, parking, my dear! There's a touch of challenge, I must admit. Best to leave your chariot at home if you can. Our speakeasy's nook is worth the stroll. Let the adventure begin
